 DISK BEDDERS                                          		 

Primary bedding
    Rough-in beds with disk bedders. The look and condition of primary beds depends on the soil and/or any prior tillage work. If preferred, attachments can level the bed top.
    Smaller growers may use this simple machine as a fast, low-cost way to hill-up soil. Larger growers may use it as a preliminary step to establish furrows before final bed shaping.
    Growers in northern (North American) climates can form primary beds before winter then finish the beds before planting next spring with no other tillage work. This bed shaping method allows the earliest planting and provides the best possible seedbed for medium and heavier soils with much less field work in the spring.
    This is a versatile machine for many applications.
